Cancellation & No Show policy

We all get busy at times and special circumstances can occur that's unavoidable and cancellation of your appointment might be necessary. If you find you cannot attend your appointment, I kindly request 24hours' notice. This courtesy enables myself  to reschedule another client in this time.

If 24hours' notice isn't given you will be charged 50% of the treatment fee which will need to be paid prior to making another booking. If you simply don't show up, you will incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the booked appointment.

Please ensure being on time to an appointment as a courtesy to the client that follows. Running 10mins late I cannot guarantee to complete your treatment for you. If your treatment is unable to be completed due to being late then the above cancellation policy will apply with the charges.

Cancellations and no shows have significant impact on the business and I need to enforce the cancellation & no show policy and trust you understand the need to do so.
